VIRTUAL TRAINING

Want to lose weight and get healthier, but don’t have access to or time for a gym membership? Virtual training is a perfect option for those who want to get leaner and have more unpredictable lifestyles. We’ll help you reach your goals with just your bodyweight and what you have around you.

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • A device with a camera and access to Zoom

  • Working wi-fi

  • Your own body

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

  • A great sweat without leaving your home

  • Custom workouts and scheduling that fit your goals

  • Clothes fitting better and increased confidence for little commitment


INJURY PREVENTION /MOBILITY TRAINING

Coming back from injury, or want to bulletproof your body so future injury is less likely? Also known as movement training, injury prevention/mobility training is VITAL for training and working out pain free as you age. We’ll make a custom program to help you move and feel better long term.

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Minimal equipment specified in your custom program

  • 15-20 minutes a day to work on mobility

  • Flexibility to meet via Zoom once per week

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

  • Better mobility and movement throughout your joints (shoulders, hips, knees, ankles, etc.)

  • Successfully returning to activities you thought you couldn’t do anymore due to pain

  • Expedited healing from injury and increased prevention of potential future injuries

If you cannot commit to a training schedule, but still want to train with ATC, there are plenty of options to explore based on your needs. All individual program purchases come with a free Zoom consult, 24/7 access to your trainer via text or email and options to add on Zoom sessions.
